摘  要:相控阵雷达中数量最多的模块就是数字阵列模块,数字阵列模块结构中经常有薄板带凸台结构,此类零件采用焊接螺柱的方式进行加工最为经济快捷。然而电容储能螺柱焊在5A06铝合金薄板上焊接螺柱剪切力低,易脱落且一次焊接精度较差。通过设计专用焊接工装保证了焊接精度和质量一致性,解决了导电夹打火问题。在此基础上,优化了焊接工艺参数,使螺柱焊接的质量稳定性大幅提高,对薄板铝合金的螺柱焊接具有一定指导意义。The digital array module is the most numerous module in phased array radar. There are many boss structures on sheet in digital array module, capacitive discharge screw welding is the most economical and fast way for this type of parts. However, capacitive discharge screw welding on 5A06 aluminum alloy sheet always exist low shear strength, easy to fall off and low precision. The welding precision and quality consistency are guaranteed by the special tool, and the point discharge between conductive clamp and aluminum sheet has been solved too. On this basis, the optimization of welding parameter improves the welding quality greatly, which has a certain guiding significance for capacitive discharge screw welding of aluminum alloy sheet.
