中医保健干预对婴幼儿生长发育影响队列研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医保健干预对镇街婴幼儿生长发育的长期影响。方法:采用随机对照社区干预试验,在国家监测点所选镇街中选取两个镇街分别作为试验镇街和对照镇街,以2015年1月1日至12月31日两镇街所分娩新生儿为研究对象,对照镇街给予儿童常规喂养、饮食指导和定期保健体检,试验镇街在对照镇街的干预基础上对访视医师、儿童家长进行中医保健干预方法系统培训和指导,并常规用于儿童家庭中医保健中,动态跟踪婴幼儿1岁、2岁、3岁时身高体重变化情况。结果:重复测量方差分析显示,在综合考虑身高体重的时间变化、早产、低出生体重的影响下,中医保健干预能促进婴幼儿身高体重的增长(P<0.05),低出生体重对婴幼儿身高体重影响具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:持续规范的家庭中医保健干预能促进婴幼儿身高、体重的增长,低出生体重是影响儿童生长发育的重要因素。Objective: To investigate the long term effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) health care on infants and young children growth and development in community. Methods: Using the randomized controlled community intervention experiment research method, two towns were selected as the experimental and control town selected from the national monitoring points respectively. The newborn babies delivered in the two towns on December 31, 2015 were taken as the research object. The control town gave child the routine feeding, diet instruction and regular health care physical examination. Based on the intervention of control town, in the experimental town, the visiting physicians and children’s parents were systematically trained and guided on the intervention methods of TCM, and were routinely used in the TCM health care of children’s families, dynamic tracking infants and young children at the age of 1, 2, 3, the change of the height and weight. Results: Repeated measurement analysis of variance showed that under the influence of time change of height and weight, premature delivery and low birth weight, TCM health care intervention could promote the growth of height and weight of infants and young children(P<0.05), and the influence of low birth weight on the height and weight of infants and young children was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Continuous and standard intervention of family TCM can promote the growth of height and weight of infants and young children, and low birth weight is an important factor affecting the growth and development of children.
