兰陵县代村农地流转模式及效益分析

摘　　要：乡村振兴战略实施背景下,农村土地流转(以下简称农地)是加快发展现代农业的关键。本文通过对案例区的实地调查,归纳出兰陵县代村农地流转的主要模式,基于农户增收效益公式,对农地流转后农户的增收效益和社会效益进行了分析。结果表明,代村的土地已经全部流转成功,土地流转后,农民增收效益十分显著,农地流转也实现了农村剩余劳动力的转移,村民福利不断提高,社会效益显著。Under the background of the rural revitalization strategy,the rural land circulation is the key to speed up the development of modern agriculture.Based on the field investigation of the case area,this paper summarized the main pattern of the rural land circulation in Dai Village of Lanling County,analyzed the income benefit and social benefit of the farmers after the rural land circulation based on the income-benefit model of the farmers.The results showed that the rural land of the village has been successfully transferred,and the benefit of the farmers' income was significant.In addition,the transfer of the rural surplus labor force was realized,and the welfare of the villagers was improved,the social benefit was remarkable.
