摘　　要：随着煤炭行业"去产能"的逐步推进,关闭/废弃矿山的数量急剧增加,工业遗产旅游开发是解决废弃矿山现实问题、实现区域经济转型的重要途径之一。从废弃矿山资源再利用的角度,从建筑形式、历史呈现、精神财富、文化特征4个方面入手,剖析了废弃矿山旅游资源特征,明确废弃矿山旅游开发的战略目标与内在要求,提出"废弃矿山+旅游产品"、"废弃矿山+旅游业态"的工业旅游开发路径,并在此基础上提出中国推动废弃矿山工业遗产旅游开发的政策举措,对废弃矿山资源再利用具有重要意义。With the gradual advancement of the"de-capacity"of the coal industry,the number of closed/abandoned mines has increased dramatically. Industrial heritage tourism development is one of the important ways to solve the real problems of abandoned mines and realize regional economic transformation. From the perspective of the reuse of abandoned mine resources,and starting from four aspects:architectural form, historical presentation,spiritual wealth and cultural characteristics the characteristics of abandoned mine tourism resources were analyzed. The strategic objectives, internal requirements of abandoned mine tourism development, the industrial tourism development path of "abandoned mines + tourism products" and"abandoned mines + tourism status"were proposed,On this basis,the policy measures were proposed to promote the tourism development of abandoned mine industrial heritage in China. It is of great significance to the reuse of abandoned mine resources.
