摘 要:为提高肘杆式压力机机构动力学建模与分析的效率及可靠性,提出了相应的向量键合图法。由系统向量键合图模型基本场及结型结构的输入、输出向量间的代数关系,推导出便于计算机自动建立的系统驱动力矩及运动副约束反力方程的统一公式;根据运动约束关系,将平面运动构件、旋转铰及移动副的向量键合图模型组合起来,建立了三角形肘杆压力机机构的向量键合图模型。通过有效的增广方法,消除了机构向量键合图模型中的微分因果关系,克服了其给机构自动建模所带来的代数困难;在此基础上,实现了三角形肘杆压力机机构动力学自动建模与计算。结果揭示了脉冲形式的工作阻力对机构动力学性能的影响,说明了所述方法的有效性。In order to improve reliability and efficiency of dynamic modeling and analysis for a toggle press mechanism, a vector bond graph method was proposed. Using algebraic relations of input vectors and output ones in basic field and junction structure of a system,s vector bond graph model, the unified formulas for the system driving moment and constraint force equations of kinematic pairs were derived, they were convenient for a computer to set up automatically? According to kinematic constraint relations, the vector bond graph model of a triangular toggle press mechanism was built by assembling vector bond graph models of planar moving components, revolute joints and translational pairs. With the effective augmentation method, differential causalities in the mechanism vector bond graph model were eliminated to overcome the algebraic difficulty brought by these causalities in the mechanism automatic modeling. Furthermore, the automatic dynamic modeling and calculation of the triangular toggle press mechanism was realized to reveal influences of working resistance in the form of pulse pressing on the mechanism dynamic performance, and illustrate the validity of the proposed method.
