摘　　要：设计开发了集多功能于一体的检验装置,可用于陶瓷膜通量检验、强度检验、模拟实际工况,检验陶瓷膜使用效果及寿命,还可用于陶瓷膜清洗和膜层剔除。该装置显著特点是:(1)空间占位小,成本低,工作效率高;(2)安装陶瓷膜简捷方便,能最大限度避免对陶瓷膜造成的人为损伤;(3)可用于低泡点陶瓷膜检验,还可用于高泡点陶瓷膜检验,应用范围宽泛;(4)引入电控技术,可设定程序,实现自动化。The designed and developed multi-function test device can be used for ceramic membrane flux test, strength test, simulation of actual working conditions, test of ceramic membrane performance and life. It can also be used for ceramic membrane cleaning and removal. The remarkable features of the device are:(1) small size, low cost and high work efficiency;(2) simple and convenient installation of ceramic membranes, to prevent artificial damage to them;(3) wide application range, capable of both low and high bubble point tests for ceramic membranes;(4) with electronic control, the program can be set and automation can be realized.
