摘 要:针对PF-1210型双腔回转式破碎机由于轴承部故障率高导致运输效率达不到设计要求而制约综采进度的问题,进行了技术检测与力学分析,得出了轴承的径向、轴向荷载和调心能力不足以及密封性差是根本原因。从轴承选型、轴承座和防尘系统三方面进行了改造,现场应用表明,经过改进造,PF-1210型双腔回转式破碎机的工作效率由90t/h提高到了125t/h,可以满足120t/h的设计要求。In order to solve the problem that the transportation efficiency of PF-1210 double cavity rotary crusher can not meet the design requirements due to the high failure rate of bearing part,the technical test and mechanical analysis are carried out,and the radial direction of bearing is obtained.The root cause of the lack of axial load and centering ability and the poor sealing property is the insufficient axial load and the ability to adjust the center.From three aspects of bearing selection,bearing seat and dustproof system,the field application shows that the working efficiency of PF-1210 double cavity rotary crusher has been increased from 90 t/h to 125 t/h.It can meet the design requirements of 120 t/h.
