摘　　要：目的:探讨对恢复期脑梗死患者进行中医护理对其生活质量的影响.方法:将2017年2月至2018年2月期间在成都市新都区人民医院住院的74例恢复期脑梗死患者作为研究对象.将这74例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各有37例患者.对两组患者均进行常规治疗.同时,对对照组患者进行常规护理,对观察组患者进行中医护理.然后,对比两组患者的治护效果及在接受护理前后其各项生活质量指标的评分.结果:接受护理前,两组患者机体功能、疼痛减轻程度、身体活力、情感功能、精神状况及社交能力的评分相比,P>0.05.接受护理后,与对照组患者相比,观察组患者治护的总有效率较高,其机体功能、疼痛减轻程度、身体活力、情感功能、精神状况及社交能力的评分均较高,P<0.05.结论:对恢复期脑梗死患者进行中医护理的效果显著,可提高其生活质量.objective: to explore the influence of TCM nursing on the quality of life of patients with cerebral infarction during convalescence. Methods: 74 patients with cerebral infarction who were hospitalized in xindu district people’s hospital of chengdu from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected as research objects. The 74 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 37 patients in each group. Routine treatment was performed in both groups. At the same time, the control group of patients for routine nursing, the observation group of patients for traditional Chinese medicine nursing. Then, compare the therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients and their scores of life quality indicators before and after receiving nursing care. Results: before nursing, the scores of body function, pain relief degree, physical vitality, emotional function, mental state and social ability of the two groups were compared, P > 0.05. After receiving nursing care, compared with the control group, the observation group had a higher total effective rate of treatment and care, and the scores of body function, pain relief degree, physical vitality, emotional function, mental state and social ability were all higher in the observation group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the effect of TCM nursing on convalescent cerebral infarction patients is significant, which can improve their quality of life.
