摘 要:目的通过检测慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者不同病情阶段外周血中血清白细胞介素25(IL-25)的表达水平变化,分析其与肺功能变化的相关性,从而探讨IL-25与COPD病情发展的相关性。方法选取2016年10月至2017年3月深圳市龙岗中心医院COPD患者30例,根据病情发展分为COPD急性期组和COPD稳定期组。选取30例非COPD的健康体检者为健康对照组。采集各组外周血,采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测IL-25水平,每次采血均同期检测第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比水平。结果COPD急性期组IL-25水平高于稳定期组及健康对照组(F=3.225,P<0.05);COPD稳定期组和健康对照组IL-25水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。COPD患者血清IL-25水平在稳定期和急性期水平差值,与相应时期的FEV1水平差值呈负相关(r=-0.429,P<0.05)。结论血清IL-25水平可能作为变态反应因子在COPD病情急性期起到致炎作用,COPD病情急性期可能存在变态反应性因素参与。Objective To investigate the correlation between interleukin-25 (IL-25) and the development of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) by detecting the changes of serum IL-25 expression level in peripheral blood of patients with COPD at different disease stages, and analyzing the correlation between IL-25 and pulmonary function changes. Methods COPD patients(30 cases) in Longgang Central Hospital of Shenzhen from October 2016 to March 2017 were selected and divided into acute phase COPD group and stable phase COPD group according to the development of the disease.There are 30 healthy subjects without COPD selected as healthy control group.The peripheral blood of each group was collected and the level of IL-25 was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The percentage of forced expiratory volume in the first second percentage predicted in each blood sample was detected simultaneously. Results The IL-25 level in the acute phase COPD group was higher than that in the stable phase COPD group and the healthy control group (F=3.225, P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in IL-25 level between stable phase COPD group and healthy control group (P>0.05). The difference between the serum IL-25 level in COPD patients at the stable and acute stages was negatively correlated with the difference of forced expiratory volume in the first second percentage predicted level in the corresponding periods (r=-0.429, P<0.05). Conclusions Serum IL-25 level may play an inflammatory role in the acute phase of COPD as an allergic factor.Allergic factors may be involved in the acute phase of COPD.
