揿针结合经络氧疗对脑卒中恢复期患者平衡功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨揿针结合经络氧疗对脑卒中恢复期患者平衡功能的影响。方法将符合入选标准的 120 例脑卒中恢复期患者采用随机数字表法分为 2 组,每组 60 例。对照组采用西医常规康复锻炼,观察组在对照组基础上结合揿针疗法与经络氧疗。2 组均治疗 4 周。采用 Berg 平衡量表(Berg Balance Scale,BBS)评估患者的平衡能力,并依据治疗前后的 BBS 评分结果评价疗效。结果观察组总有效率为95.0%(57/60)、对照组为 78.3%(47/60), 2 组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=13.072, P<0.01)。治疗后 4 周,观察组 BBS 评分[(46.76±10.82)分比(38.41±10.73)分, t=-2.575]高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论揿针结合经络氧疗可明显改善脑卒中恢复期患者的平衡及协调能力,提高患者生存质量。Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with meridian oxygen therapy on the balance function in convalescent stroke patients. Methods A total of 120 convalescent stroke patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into 2 groups by random number table method, 60 patients in each group. The control group received conventional rehabilitation exercise, and the observation group received acupuncture combined with meridian oxygen therapy on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. The Berg Balance Scale (BBS) was used to evaluate the patients' balance ability, and the therapeutic effect was evaluated according to the change of BBS score before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate was 95.0%(57/60) in the observation group and 78.3%(47/60) in the control group, which presented the statistically significant difference between the two groups (χ2=13.072, P<0.01). After 4 weeks treatment, the BBS score of the observation group (46.76 ± 10.82 vs. 38.41 ± 10.73, t=-2.575) was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions acupuncture combined with meridian oxygen therapy can obviously improve the balance and coordination ability of stroke convalescent patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
