摘　　要：这座高度达135m的高层行政大楼由让·努维尔设计,位于马赛的历史中心区,其多彩的外观与构成了城市天际线的、由扎哈·哈迪德建筑师事务所设计的145m高的全玻璃办公大楼遥相呼应。该建筑的不同寻常之处不仅仅是纤细的立面构件所使用的材料,其着色的方法更是值得称道。由超高性能的纤维增强混凝土制成的预制构件是在组装前手工涂色的。每个单独的构件上都使用了多达六种不同色调的法国国旗的颜色。With a height of 135 metres, this high-rise administrative block by Jean Nouvel in the historic centre of Marseilles forms a colourful counterpart to the fully glazed 145-metre office tower by Zaha Hadid Architects on the skyline of the city. Remarkable is not only the material used for the filigree facade elements, but also the way the coloration was applied. The prefabricated elements in ultra-high performance fibre-reinforced concrete were painted by hand prior to assembly. As many as six different shades of the colours of the French flag were applied to a single element.
