摘 要:为了解广西壮族自治区规模猪场主要病毒性腹泻疫病的流行情况,本研究采用RT-PCR方法,对2013~2018年广西壮族自治区14个地级市送检的1547份腹泻类样品进行猪流行性腹泻病毒(Porcine epidemic diarrhea virus,PEDV)、猪轮状病毒(Porcine rotavirus,PoRV)、猪传染性胃肠炎病毒(Transmissible gastroenteritis virus of swine,TGEV)和猪丁型冠状病毒(Porcine deltacoronavirus,PDCoV)4种猪的主要病毒性腹泻疫病的病原阳性率、季节影响因素和混合感染情况进行调查与分析。检测结果显示,2013~2018年,病毒平均样品阳性率从高到低依次为PEDV(54.94%)、PDCoV(4.52%)、PoRV(4.40%)和TGEV(0.00%),其中PEDV的样品阳性率、地区阳性率和秋冬季节阳性率均为最高。4种病毒均存在不同程度的单一感染或混合感染,其中单独感染以PEDV为主,其次是PDCo V和Po RV,TGEV单一感染率最低;混合感染中以PEDV+PDCo V和PEDV+Po RV双重感染为主,三重感染较少发生。结果表明,2013~2018年PEDV阳性检出率最高,已经成为引发广西规模猪场流行性腹泻的最主要病原,并且常与Po RV和PDCo V发生混合感染,是当前广西猪病毒性腹泻类疫病的防控重点。To Investigate major viral diarrhea disease prevalence on scale pig farms in Guangxi province and provide scientific basis for prevention and control of such diseases, 1547 fecal samples were collected in 2013-2018 from diarrhea pigs in 14 cities of Guangxi province and tested by RT-PCR/PCR method for Porcine epidemic diarrhea virus(PEDV), Porcine rotavirus(PORV), Transmissible gastroenteritis virus(TGEV) and Porcine deltacoronavirus(PDCoV). The aim of this investigation was to gather data and analyze the positive rates of these viral infections in different seasons, years and infection patterns. The results showed that during 2013 and 2018,the positive rates of PEDV, PDCoV and PORV were 54.94%, 4.52% and 4.40%, respectively. No TGEV was detected. These viruses had different levels of single infections and mixed infections. Single infections were mainly caused by PEDV, followed by PDCoV and PORV.The double mixed infections mainly caused by PEDV with PDCoV or PoRV. Triple infections were rare. Double infections increased in2016 and decreased in 2017. The results of this investigation indicated that the prevalence of PEDV infection peaked between 2013 and2018 and became the most important pathogen causing epidemic diarrhea in pigs in Guangxi. In addition, mixed infections with PoRV and PDCoV often occurred.
