摘 要:本研究先通过电子雷管的延期精度确定了电引火药头的基础配方里镁粉添加量,再利用单因素变量控制的方法,采用DSC、机械感度和火焰感度表征手段研究了镁粉粒度对电子雷管电引火药头安全性能的影响。试验结果表明:电引火药头的基础配方里镁粉添加量为12%时,电引火药头的延期精度最高。DSC数据表明镁粉粒径越大,电引火药头放热分解峰温越高,热稳定性越好。摩擦感度和撞击感度结果表明,镁粉粒径越小,电引火药头的机械感度越低。随着镁粉粒径增大,电引火药头的火焰感度逐渐降低,电引火药头的安全性提高。In this study, the magnesia powder content in the basic formula of the electric detonator head was determined by the delay precision of the electronic detonator, and then the influence of magnesia powder size on the safety performance of the electric detonator head was studied by DSC, mechanical sensitivity and flame sensitivity characterization by single factor variable control method. The test results show that the delay precision of the electric ignition charge head is the highest when the magnesium powder content is 12 % in the basic formula of the electric ignition charge head. DSC data show that the larger the particle size of magnesium powder, the higher the peak temperature of exothermic decomposition of electric ignition powder head, the better the thermal stability. The results of friction sensitivity and impact sensitivity show that the smaller the particle size of magnesium powder, the lower the mechanical sensitivity of the electric ignition charge head. With the increase of magnesia particle size, the flame sensitivity of the electric ignition charge head decreases gradually, and the safety of the electric ignition charge head increases.
