摘　　要：本文通过对含铬标准水样和实际水样的实验分析,确定了便携式光度计法快速测定水中铬含量的精密度、准确度、分析范围等。结果表明:铬含量在0.06~1.5mg/L之间时,方法具有较高的精密度和准确度。当浓度过高需要稀释时,可以可以直接买娃哈哈纯水作为稀释液。与标准方法比较,该方法具有操作简单,测定时间短的优点,可用于环境监测水中铬的分析。According to experimental analysis of the samples containing total chrome, method parameters of total chrome testing using portable spectrophotometry are determined, such as precision, accuracy and scope of analysis. The results show that precision and accuracy of this method is acceptable when the concentration of total chrome is between 0.06 mg/L to 1.5 mg/L. If the concentration of total chrome is higher than 1.5 mg/L, Wahaha pure water can be used for diluent, taking the place of deionized water. This method is more rapid and convenient compared with the standard method, and it is available to analysis the total chrome in water or wastewater.
