摘 要:氮化物红色荧光粉因具有物理化学稳定性好、光谱特性优异等优点,受到广泛的关注。由于合成原料熔点高、惰性强等原因,氮化物荧光粉的合成较为苛刻。本文采用高温固相法在常压、较低温条件下制备了M2Si5N8:Eu(M=Ca,Sr和Ba)荧光粉,研究了基质种类对荧光粉的结构、发光性能及热猝灭性能的影响。Phosphor is one of the key materials of LED packaging, and red phosphor will directly affect the color rendering of LED devices. Nitride red phosphors have attracted much attention because of their good physical and chemical stability, excellent spectral characteristics and so on. However, due to high melting point and chemical inertness of raw materials, the synthesis conditions of nitride phosphors are usually very harsh. In this paper, M 2Si 5N 8:Eu(M=Ca, Sr and Ba) phosphors were prepared by high temperature solid phase method under normal pressure and low temperature conditions. Moreover, the effect of matrix types on phosphor structure, luminescence and thermal quenching performances were studied.
