摘　　要：在中原经济区的建设浪潮中,城市化建设的进程将会大幅提速,城市居住区规划建设和建筑设计应有较大的实用性和前瞻性,居住区建筑设计应坚持可持续性生态化设计,应始终贯彻"以人为本,和谐宜居"的设计理念。In the wave of construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone, the process of urbanization construction will be greatly accelerated.The planning and construction of urban residential areas should be more practical and forward-looking. The architectural design of residential areas should adhere to the design of sustainable ecology, and always implement the philosophy design of "people-oriented, harmonious and livable".
