摘　　要：目前的建筑行业发展迅速,传统的农村建筑施工模式不再满足当前建设项目施工管理水平的需要,为加快新农村建设的步伐,满足农村居民对建筑的需求,文章通过APH法引入建筑信息化技术,应用于新农村建设的建筑工程项目施工管理中,提高农村建筑行业的工程项目施工管理水平的提高,促进新农村建设过程中建筑产业化的健康发展。Because the current construction industry is developing rapidly, the traditional rural construction mode no longer meets the needs of the current construction project management level. To accelerate the pace of new rural construction and meet the needs of rural residents for construction, the article introduces the application of building information technology by the APH. In the construction management of construction projects in the new rural construction, improve the construction management level of the construction projects in the rural construction industry, and promote the healthy development of building industrialization in the process of new rural construction.
