摘　　要：结合青海省地震局文书档案纸质管理环境相对困难的现状,详细阐述了建立文书档案信息化对新时代防震减灾工作的必然性和重要作用,以及加强文书档案信息化管理的安全保护。Combined with the current situation of the relatively difficult paper documents and archives of management environment in Qinghai Earthquake Agency,this paper expounds in detail the necessity and important role of establishing documents and archives informatization in the work of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction in the new era,as well as strengthening the security protection of documents and archives informatization management.
