摘  要:以异氰尿酸三缩水甘油酯( TGIC)、四氯化硅、环氧乙烷为原料,两步反应合成三嗪三氯丙氧基硅酸氯乙酯。探讨了反应时间、反应温度、原料摩尔比对产率的影响,筛选出最合适的反应条件: n( TGIC)∶ n(四氯化硅)∶ n(环氧乙烷)= 1∶ 3∶ 10,第一步,在 60 ℃反应 6 h,第二步,在 45 ℃反应 2 h。通过红外光谱( FTIR)、核磁共振氢谱( 1H-NMR)、和极限氧指数( LOI)对产物的结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明,将其应用于聚氯乙烯( PVC)中,具有优良的阻燃增塑性能,可减少增塑剂 DOP 在 PVC 中的用量。Triazinyl trichloro-propoxy silicate chloro-ethyl ester was synthesized from triglycidyl isocyanurate ( TGIC), silicon tetrachlorid and ethylene oxide by two steps. The effects of reaction time,temperature and mole ratio of substance on the product yield were discussed. The optimal conditions for preparation were selected as follows: n ( TGIC)∶ n ( silicon tetrachlorid)∶ n( ethylene oxide)= 1 ∶ 3 ∶ 10,reaction time was 6 h at 60 ℃ firstly,and reaction time was 2 h at 45 ℃ secondly. The molecular structures of triazinyl trichloro-propoxy silicate chloro-ethyl ester and the related performance were measured by means of FTIR,1HNMR spectrum and LOI technique. The results showed that,triazinyl trichloro-propoxy silicate chloro-ethyl ester had excellent flame retardant and plasticizing properties,and could reduce the dosage of plasticizer DOP in PVC when it was applied to polyvinyl chloride (PVC).
