摘  要:为克服传统冷拌沥青混合料中溶剂沥青或乳化沥青存在的初始强度低、强度增长慢、开放交通迟、温度敏感性大及抗水损害能力差等缺陷,以不饱和脂肪酸等作为沥青液化剂,以无机活性粉末作为固化剂,研制反应型冷拌沥青。通过马歇尔试验,确定反应型冷拌沥青最适宜的级配为LB-10,初始稳定度(2 h)>5 kN,成型稳定度(12 h)>10 kN。通过冻融劈裂试验、浸水马歇尔试验、车辙试验及小梁弯曲试验,评价其路用性能。研究结果表明:反应型冷拌沥青混合料的各项性能均能达到热拌沥青混合料的性能要求。Low initial strength, slow strength increase, slow curing, high temperature susceptibility,poor water damage resistance, and poor storage stability are the major shortcomings of traditional cold mix asphalt(solvent asphalt or emulsified asphalt). Reactive cold mixed asphalt(using unsaturated fatty acids as asphalt liquefaction agents and inorganic active powders as curing agents) was produced to overcome the weaknesses. The optimum gradation of reactive cold mixed asphalt was determined by Marshall test to be LB-10, initial stability(2 h)>5 kN, molding stability(12 h)>10 kN. Through freeze-thaw split test, water-immersed Marshall test, rutting test and the trabecular bending test, the road performance is evaluated. The result shows that the performance can meet the performance requirements of the hot mixed asphalt mixture.
