摘 要:为研究大体积混凝土温度变化规律及其控制措施,以太洪长江大桥北岸重力式锚碇支墩基础为工程背景,根据热力学基本原理,建立有限元模型并进行了仿真计算。在施工现场进行了温度实测和控制,并与计算值进行了对比。针对间隔期、冷却水的流速及通水时长3个温控指标进行了参数分析。研究结果表明:该工程分层浇筑的间隔期宜控制在5~7d。浇筑初期冷却水的流速不应小于1m/s。温峰过后,可根据降温速率实时调整流速。通水时长至少持续至下个施工阶段结束。To investigate temperature rules and control measures of massive concrete, choosing gravity anchorage buttress pier foundation of Taihong Yangtze River Bridge as the engineering background, FEM model is established in order to simulate the calculation according to the basic principle of the heat conduction. The measured values are well consistent with the calculation results after field measurement and controlment of temperature. The parametric analysis is presented for the limit values of temperature, the values include interval time, water velocity and cooling lasting days. The results show that the interval time of the layered pouring should be limited in 5~7 days. The velocity of cooling water should be larger than or equal to 1 m/s in the early age after casting concrete, which could be updated based on cooling rate after the pile cap reaches its peak temperature. The cooling water should be lasted to the ending of the next construction stage.
