摘　　要：为解决传统实验室耗材信息系统数据处理水平较低、可视化存储空间受限等问题,设计新型开放性实验室耗材信息智能整合系统。在智能整合框架中,良性分配耗材数据集成模块、开放性角色管理模块的运行空间,完成新型智能整合系统的硬件运行环境搭建。在此基础上,选择较为适宜的信息服务协议,并将共享数据库调试到极佳的存储状态,根据缓存数据的集成上线,完善实验室耗材数据的交互流程,完成新型智能整合系统的软件运行环境搭建,实现开放性实验室耗材信息智能整合系统的顺利运行。在相同运行条件下设计对比实验,结果表明,新型智能整合系统与传统系统相比,数据处理能力提升75%,可视化存储空间容量得到保证。A new consumables information intelligent integration system of open laboratory was designed to solve the problems of low data processing level and limited visual storage space of traditional laboratory consumables information system. The running spaces of consumables data integration module and open role management module are reasonably allocated in the intelligent integration framework to construct the hardware running environment of new intelligent integration system. On this basis,the appropriate information service protocol is selected,and the shared database is debugged to the best storage state. According to the integration upper limit of cached data,the interactive flow of laboratory consumables data is perfected,the software running environment of the new intelligent integration system is built,and the consumables information intelligent integration system of open laboratory is realized. Under the same operating condition,the contract experimental results show that the new intelligent integration system can improve the data processing capacity to 75%,and the maximum visual storage space capacity is more than 8.0×2^10 TB.
