农民专业合作社参与农产品质量安全认证意愿研究——基于江西省的调查

摘　　要：基于江西省300家农民专业合作社的调研数据,通过构建二元Logistic模型,从合作社特征、合作社管理者特征、外部环境特征和市场预期4个方面进行研究,实证分析农民专业合作社参与农产品质量安全认证意愿的影响因素。结果表明:合作社等级、管理者的文化水平及思维方式、抽检影响、同行竞争、是否出口、经济效益预期、消费者预期与合作社参与农产品质量安全认证意愿呈正相关;成本预期,风险预期与合作社参与农产品质量安全认证意愿呈负相关,而管理者对安全农产品了解程度和政策补贴对合作社参与质量安全认证意愿影响不显著;相比生产其他类型农产品的合作社,从事瓜果蔬菜类和养殖类产品生产的合作社更愿意参与农产品质量安全认证。Based on the survey data of 300 farmers professional cooperatives in Jiangxi Province,this paper,through binary Logistic Model,studies the factors which influence the willingness of farmers’ professional cooperatives to participate in the quality and safety certification of agricultural products from four aspects,namely,characteristics of cooperatives,characteristics of cooperative managers,characteristics of external environment and market expectations. The research results showed that cooperative level,the managers’ level of education and way of thinking,impact of sampling inspection,peer competition,export,economic benefit expectation and consumer expectation are positively correlated with the willingness.The cost expectation and risk expectation are negatively correlated while the level of managers’ understanding of safe agricultural products and policy subsidies have no significant impact on their willingness.Cooperatives that produce fruits,vegetables and aquaculture products are more willing to participate in quality and safety certification than cooperatives that produce other types of agricultural products.
