摘 要:数控机床已广泛应用于机械制造业的各个领域,数控加工迅速普及,数控编程及加工能力成为衡量数控机床操作工技能水平高低的关键因素.本文以FANUC数控系统为例,通过研究用于车槽的加工指令使用,车槽的刀具路线及加工工艺设计等,达到简化编程,提高切槽质量和加工效率的目的,所以研究和掌握切槽加工指令的应用技巧十分必要.CNC machine tools have been widely used in various fields of mechanical manufacturing industry,and CNC machining is rapidly popularizing. The ability of CNC programming and machining becomes the key factor to measure the skill level of NC machine tool operator. This paper takes FANUC system as an example,the purpose of simplifying the programming and improving the quality and efficiency of the cutting slots is achieved by studying the use of instructions for the processing of the chutes,the tool route of the chutes,and the design of the processing process,so it is very necessary to study and master the application skills of the grooving programming commands.
