摘 要:当今我国已跨入关注生活方式和生活质量的国民休闲时代,旅游业成为国民经济的战略性支柱产业,然而当前旅游业面临着多方面的转型以适应时代发展和深化空间治理。文章以长白山文化和旅游规划为例,从文化和旅游规划中的旅游发展模式、空间布局思路和旅游产品类型3方面展开讨论,剖析当前旅游业发展和文化和旅游规划中出现的传统旅游模式与生态保护的冲突、布局分散类型趋同、内部竞争缺乏整合、季节流量影响突出等一系列问题,并提出发展模式转型、空间结构转型、产品类别转型3方面对策,以期对休闲时代的文化和旅游空间规划和产品转型提供有效借鉴。Nowadays, China has stepped into the national leisure era in which lifestyle and life quality are the focus, and tourism has become a strategic pillar industry of the national economy. However, the tourism industry now needs the transformation of many aspects, so as to adapt to the development of the times and meet the national policy. With Changbai Mountain culture and tourism planning as a case, the paper discusses the culture and tourism planning in terms of development model, spatial layout ideas and tourism product types, and analyzes a series of problems rising in the tourism development and tourism planning, including the conflict between traditional tourism model and ecological protection, similar in the layout types, lack in integration of internal competitiveness and the outstanding seasonal increase of tourist number. The authors put forward the strategies for model transformation, structural transformation and product transformation to promote the tourism development through planning, in order to provide effective references for the transformation of culture and tourism spatial planning and tourism product in the leisure era.
