摘　　要：目的 探索DRGs在提高专科医院医疗质量和服务效率方面的可行性。方法 收集某专科医院胸外科手术患者的医疗数据,基于DRGs方法提出可行的管理措施,并通过对比应用此方法前后的医疗指标,来评价DRGs在医疗运行中的管理成效。结果 比较发现,DRGs制度可有效降低手术患者住院天数,加快床位周转次数。质量指标上,DRGs制度可改善医疗质量,降低手术并发症的发生率。结论 基于DRGs方法在专科医院对特色病种进行精细化管理,可提高医院运行质量和服务效能。Objective: To explore the feasibility of DRGs in improving medical quality and service efficiency in specialized hospitals. Method: Medical data of thoracic surgery patients in a specialized hospital were collected.Feasible management measures were proposed based on the DRGs method,and the management effect of DRGs in medical operation was evaluated by comparing the medical indicators before and after the application of this method. Result: It is found that DRGs system can effectively reduce the number of days in hospital and accelerate the number of beds turnover.In terms of quality indicators,DRGs system can improve medical quality and reduce the incidence of surgical complications. Conclusion: Refined management of characteristic diseases in specialized hospitals based on DRGs method can improve hospital operation quality and service efficiency.
