摘　　要：随着医学的进一步发展,许多先天性小儿心脏病都得以矫治,其中心内直视手术是一个重要手段。心内直视手术后的镇静是一大重点,可影响患者的恢复进程及是否需要二次插管等情况,为了更多的了解小儿心脏手术后镇静护理方面的进展,笔者对此进行了文献回顾。As the development of medical,some of the severe Congenital Heart Disease(CHD)could be cured by intracardiac operation under direct vision in these years.Sedation is a key point after operation.It could affect the recovery process of patients,whether secondary intubation is needed etc.In order to know more things about sedation care after intracardiac operation in pediatric,the author write a review article after literature review.
