摘　　要：目的:探讨灵性照护对膀胱肿瘤行电切术患者不良情绪及生活质量的影响。方法:将2017年11月~2018年12月择期行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术的58例患者随机分为对照组和观察组各29例。对照组采用常规护理方式进行护理。观察组在常规护理基础上,针对患者需求由心理护理团队给予灵性照护。于出院当天,采用医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)、肿瘤患者慢性病治疗功能评估-灵性量表-12(FACIT-Sp-12)、肿瘤患者治疗功能评估-通用量表(FACT-G)对两组患者进行评定。结果:观察组HADS评分低于对照组(P <0. 05),观察组FACIT-Sp-12和FACT-G评分高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:灵性照护可以缓解膀胱肿瘤电切术后患者不良情绪,提高治疗依从性和护理满意度,改善患者生活质量。Objective: To investigate the influence of spiritual care on adverse emotions and quality of life in patients with bladder tumor undergoing electrotomy. Methods: A total of 58 patients who underwent selective transurethral resection of bladder tumor from November2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 29 cases each. The control group adopted routine nursing care. In the observation group,spiritual care was given by the psychological care team according to the needs of patients on the basis of routine care. On the day of discharge,patients in the two groups were assessed by HADS,FACIT-Sp-12,and FACT-G.Results: The HADS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group( P < 0. 05),and the FACIT-Sp-12 and FACT-G scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Spiritual care can relieve the adverse emotions of patients after electroresection of bladder tumor,improve treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction,and promote the quality of life of patients.
