摘　　要：目的:探讨PDCA循环在手足外伤患者术后护理管理中的应用方法及效果。方法:将2018年8月~10月378例手足外伤术后患者设为对照组,给予术后常规护理;将2018年12月~2019年1月442例手足外伤术后患者设为观察组,采用PDCA循环实施术后护理管理。比较两组效果。结果:两组一级护理质量控制评分、满意度评分、常规护理落实率比较差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:PDCA循环实施术后护理管理,能有效提高手足外伤术后患者护理满意度,提升护理质量。Objective: To explore the application method and effect of PDCA circulation in postoperative nursing management of hand and foot trauma patients. Methods: A total of 378 cases of hand and foot trauma patients from August to October 2018 were set as the control group and given routine postoperative care. From December 2018 to January 2019,442 cases of hand and foot trauma patients were set as observation group,and postoperative nursing management was implemented by PDCA cycle. The effects were compared between the two groups. Results: There were statistically significant differences in Grade 1 nursing quality control score,satisfaction score and routine nursing implementation rate between the two groups( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: PDCA cycle implementation in postoperative nursing management can effectively improve the satisfaction of hand and foot trauma patients and enhance the nursing quality.
