摘 要:电网线路装设的继电保护装置会显著改变某些电压暂降指标值,计及输配电网中输配电保护动作的电压暂降评估可以提高现有评估方法的准确性与可信度。本文基于电力系统继电保护配置方案的特点,分析阶段式距离保护与反时限电流保护动作对电压暂降幅值、持续时间指标的影响,推导计及保护动作的敏感性负荷故障率计算公式;以 IEEE30 节点系统为研究对象,将 Matlab程序计算的电压暂降幅值、持续时间结果与 PSCAD 仿真平台的实验结果进行对照;并对某地区 66节点孤网系统的敏感性负荷进行评估,对比有无继电保护装置动作的故障率结果。The relay protection device mounted in the grid line can improve significantly index value of certain voltage transient drop. The voltage transient drop assessment considering power transmission and distribution protection action of the power transmission and distribution grid can improve both accuracy and credibility of the existing assessment method. In this paper,the fault rate calculation formula of sensitive load considering protection action is derived based on feature of relay protection layout proposal of power system,analysis of the influence of step distance protection and inverse time current protection action on voltage transient amplitude and time of duration. The IEEE 30 node system is taken as study target,the voltage transient drop amplitude calculated by Matlab program,result of duration of time and experimental result of PSCAD simulation platform are compared and the sensitive load of 66 node isolated grid system at certain area is assessed and,finally,the result of fault rate with and without relay protection device action is compared.
