夫西地酸乳膏联合复方醋酸地塞米松乳膏治疗儿童亚急性湿疹112例

摘　　要：目的观察夫西地酸乳膏治疗儿童亚急性湿疹的临床效果。方法选择250例婴儿湿疹随机分为治疗组(125例)和对照组(125例)。治疗组在皮损处外擦夫西地酸乳膏和复方醋酸地塞米松乳膏,对照组外擦复方醋酸地塞米松乳膏,每日3次,夫西地酸乳膏疗程1周,复方醋酸地塞米松乳膏疗程2周。观察两组临床疗效和复发情况。结果治疗组脱落13例,对照组脱落18例。治疗1周、2周后,两组痊愈率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随访4周、8周、12周两组复发率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未发现不良反应。结论夫西地酸乳膏治疗儿童亚急性湿疹能明显提高疗效,缩短病程、减少复发。Objective To observe the clinical effect of fusidic acid cream in treating subacute eczema in children. Methods 250 patients were enrolled in the test and were divided into 2 groups. Fusidic acid cream and compound dexamethasone acetate cream were applied externally to the affected areas in the treatment group, and compound dexamethasone acetate cream were applied externally only to the affected areas in the control group, 3 times a day, fusidic acid cream treatments lasted for 1 weeks, compound dexamethasone acetate cream treatment lasted for 2 weeks. The efficacy and recurrence were observed. Result 13 patients dropped off in the treatment group and 18 dropped off in the control group. After 1 weeks and 2 weeks, the cure rate of the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05), and there was no significant difference in the total effective rate (P>0.05). After 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks, the recurrence rate of the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). No adverse reactions were found in the two groups. Conclusion Fusidic Ac. id Cream can obviously improve the curative effect, shorten the course of disease and reduce the recurrence of subacute eczema in chil. dren.
