摘 要:嗜冷微生物是一种最低生长温度在0℃以下,最高生长在20℃左右的细菌,一般生长在地球两极和海洋深处。嗜冷微生物可以被应用于特殊条件下的工业生产,如农业、化学工业、食品工业、纺织品加工业。利用基因工程技术将提取嗜冷微生物的特异功能片段并进行冷适应性分析是目前的研究重点。本研究采用南极发现的嗜冷游仆虫作为实验原料,在其DNA片段中提取分子伴侣GroES基因,并对其特点进行冷适应性分析。Apsychrophile is a bacterium with a minimum growth temperature of less than 0 ℃ and a maximum growth temperature of about 20 ℃ lives in the two poles of earth or in the deep oceans.They can be applied to industrial production under special conditions, including agriculture, chemical industry, food industry, textile processing industry and so on.Using genetic engineering technology to extract specific functional fragments of psychrophilic microorganisms and analyze their cold adaptability is the focus of current research.In this study, the cold-loving microbial ciliate Euplotes found in Antarctica were used as experimental materials.Molecular chaperone GroES gene was extracted from its DNA fragment and its cold adaptability was analyzed.
