摘 要:本文建立黑线姬鼠血清蛋白电泳图谱,分析雌雄个体间血清蛋白与差异表达情况,为黑线姬鼠的深入研究提供基础生化数据。结果表明:黑线姬鼠雌、雄个体血清蛋白分别分离出12条、19条谱带,其电泳迁移率范围为0.013~0.648。血清蛋白电泳图谱中条带的粗细、颜色深浅及迁移率存在明显差异,说明黑线姬鼠雌雄个体间血清蛋白和组织蛋白既存在着联系又有一定的差异。This article establish a serum protein electrophoresis map of Apodemus agrarius, and to analyze the serum protein and differential expression between male and female individuals, and to provide basic biochemical data for the further study of Apodemus agrarius. The results showed that 12 and 19 bands were separated from the serum of the female and male individuals of Apodemus agrarius, and the electrophoretic mobility ranged from 0.648 to 0.013. There are significant differences in the thickness, color depth and mobility of the bands in the serum protein electrophoresis map, indicating that there is a relationship between serum protein and tissue protein in male and female individuals of Apodemus agrarius.
