灌溉遗产视角下榆林红石峡古灌渠的特性、价值及其保护研究

摘　　要：红石峡灌渠位于陕西省榆林市城北3km处,集水利、园林、碑刻、庙窟于一体。从申报世界灌溉工程遗产(简称“申遗”)角度看,红石峡灌渠尚存在诸多问题亟待解决。文章分析了红石峡灌渠的历史演变、文化价值和水利工程价值,并在分析红石峡灌渠价值的基础上,针对申遗存在的问题,提出相应的对策和申遗构想,可为红石峡灌渠申遗提供技术支撑。The Hongshixia Irrigation Canal is located 3 kilometers north of the city of Yulin City, Shaanxi Province. It integrates water conservancy, gardens, inscriptions and temples. From the perspective of applying for the World Irrigation Project Heritage(referred to as the "Shenzhen Heritage"), there are still many problems in the Hongshi Gorge irrigation channel that need to be resolved. This paper analyzes the historical evolution, cultural value and value of water conservancy projects of the Hongshi Gorge irrigation channel. It shows that the Hongshi Gorge irrigation channel is unique in the northern part of Shaanxi. Its excavation time is long, the culture is diversified, the inheritance is good, and the concept of harmonious water management is embodied. However, from the perspective of applying for the World Irrigation Project Heritage (referred to as the World Heritage Site), there are still many problems in the Hongshi Gorge irrigation channel that need to be resolved. Therefore, based on the full investigation and analysis of the value of the Hongshi Gorge irrigation canal, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and application ideas for the problems of the application, which can provide technical support for the application of the Red Rock Gorge.
