湖北县域特色产业发展的金融支持研究

摘　　要：着力培育一批特色鲜明、竞争力强的特色产业及其所属中小企业与民营企业,有利于促进湖北省产业转型升级和经济高质量发展。结合区域资源禀赋优势,对湖北省县域特色产业的实际发展现状、主要融资模式、融资困境和配套政策进行分析,试图探讨产业发展的最优融资模式。最后,从直融、间融、风投、基金和民间资本对接县域中小企业视角,提出促进产业金融深度融合发展的政策建议。To foster a number of distinctive and competitive industries including SMES & private enterprises is conducive to promoting industrial transformation and upgrading and high-quality economic development in Hubei Province. This paper combines the advantages of regional resources endowment to analyze and study the actual development status, the major financing modes, difficulties in financing and supporting policies of county-level characteristic industries in Hubei Province. It tries to explore the optimal financing mode of industrial development. Finally, from the perspective of direct financing, indirect financing, venture capital, funds and private capital linking county SMEs the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the deep integration of industrial finance.
