摘  要:目的探析骨密度与25羟维生素D水平在婴幼儿佝偻病早期诊断中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2017年6月~2018年6月在我院接受治疗的58例婴幼儿佝偻病患儿的数据资料,并作为观察组,另选取同期于我院接受健康体检的58例健康婴幼儿作为本次研究的对照组,两组研究对象均行骨密度、25羟维生素D水平测定,对两组的测定结果进行比较。结果与健康婴幼儿的骨密度Z值、25羟维生素D水平相比,观察组患儿的骨密度Z值、25羟维生素D水平相对较低,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);早产儿佝偻病发生率高于足月儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨密度、25羟维生素D均可作为筛查诊断婴幼儿佝偻病的主要参考指标,可为疾病的早期鉴别诊断提供科学依据。25羟维生素D检测需要一定的设备和技术,在基层医院仍然很难大面积推广,相对而言,超声骨密度操作更加简单且具备无创性,可在各级医院进行推广使用。Objective To investigate the application effect of bone mineral density and 25 hydroxy vitamin D level on early diagnosis of infants with rickets. Methods Data of 58 infants with rickets who were treated in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were retrospectively analyzed and they were set as the observation group.In addition,58 healthy infants who received physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group in this study.Research objects in two groups underwent measurement of bone mineral density and 25 hydroxy vitamin D level and results of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the bone mineral density Z value and 25 hydroxy vitamin D level of healthy infants,the bone mineral density Z value and 25 hydroxy vitamin D level of children in the observation group were relatively low.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The incidence of premature rickets was higher than that of full-term infants,and the difference was significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Bone mineral density and 25 hydroxy vitamin D can be used as the main reference indicators for screening and diagnosis of infants with rickets,which can provide scientific basis for the early differential diagnosis of the disease.The 25 hydroxy vitamin D detection requires certain equipment and technology,which is still difficult to be widely promoted in primary hospitals.Comparatively,ultrasound bone mineral density operation is more simple and non-invasive,which can be widely used in hospitals at all levels.
