摘　　要：介绍了集装箱防腐涂料中使用的乳化沥青性能。选用阴离子乳化剂JY-AFF2,通过改变乳化剂的用量、沥青添加剂等乳化沥青的主要原材料进行一系列试验。试验结果表明,想要制成符合集装箱防腐涂料要求的阴离子乳化沥青,乳化剂水溶液的pH值要在11~12之间,才能同时满足钙离子稳定性和机械稳定性两大主要指标。This paper introduce the properties of emulsified asphalt used in container anticorrosive paint. Anionic emulsifier JY - AFF2 is selected to carry out a series of tests by changing the amount of emulsifier, as-phalt additive and other main raw materials of emulsified asphalt. The test results show that PH value of aque-ous emulsifier solution should be between 11 and 12 in order to produce anionic emulsified asphalt that meets the requirements of container anticorrosive paint, so as to meet the two major indexes of calcium ion stability and mechanical stability.
