嫩枝扦插技术在紫薇种质资源收集中的应用

摘　　要：为更好地收集保存优质紫薇种质资源,从插穗运输过程保存方式、运输时间、扦插季节、插穗部位等方面探寻不受季节和路途远近限制的紫薇嫩枝扦插繁殖技术。试验结果表明:用泡沫箱加冰镇矿泉水保存嫩枝插穗是运输过程中保存嫩枝穗条的最佳方式;嫩枝插穗运输时间在3 d内的插穗生根效果最好;6月和8月紫薇嫩枝插穗生根效果最好;选择嫩枝穗条下部,特别是穗条下部带踵扦插将取得很好的效果。In order to better collect and preserve the quality of crape myrtle germplasm resources,the technique of cuttage propagation of crape myrtle cuttings which is not limited by season and distance is explored from the preservation method,transportation time,cuttage season and cuttings of cuttings.The test results show that:it is the best way to preserve the softwood cuttings in the course of transportation with the foam box and the mineral water of ice;the rooting effect of softwood cuttings was best in 3 days of transportation;rooting effect of softwood cuttings was best in Lagerstroemia indica in June and in August;select the lower shoot,especially in the lower part of the ear strip heel cutting will achieve good results.
