河北省某三甲医院2007～2016年住院死亡病例描述分析

摘　　要：①目的分析河北省某综合三甲医院2007~2016年间住院患者死亡病例特征及构成,为卫生事业发展及规划、临床综合治疗及预防提供理论依据和数据支持。②方法收集死亡病例基本资料,依据ICD-10编码规则对其进行分类,并进行统计分析。③结果某院2007~2016年间住院患者共256320例,死亡3516例,病死率为1.37%;死亡病例随年龄增长而增加,男女比例为1.57:1;住院死亡病例病种前3位分别是循环系统疾病(34.19%)、恶性肿瘤(24.97%)、呼吸系统疾病(18.15%)。④结论应重点加强循环系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病的三级预防,特别关注老年患者,合理配置和优化医疗资源,降低疾病病死率。Objective To analyze the characteristics and formation of inpatient death cases in a first-class grade a hospital in Hebei Province during the past 2007~2016 years,and to provide theoretical basis and data support for the development and planning of health services,clinical comprehensive treatment and prevention.Methods The basic data of the death cases in the hospital during the past 2007~2016 years were collected and classified according to the ICD-10 coding rules,and statistical analysis was carried out.Results The hospital had 256320 cases hospitalized patients and 3516 died cases from 2007 to 2016,the case fatality rate was 1.37%.Death casses increased with the rise of age,the male and female ratio was 1.57:1.The first three diseases of ten years hospitalized death cases were circulatory disease(34.19%),malignant tumor(24.97%),respiratory system the disease(18.15%).Conclusion We should strengthen the three-tier prevention of circulatory disease,malignant tumor and respiratory disease,pay special attention to the elderly patients,rationally configure and optimize medical resources,thus reduce the fatality rate of the disease.
