摘 要:欧洲角管锅炉的本体管架内,相互垂直的两根集箱或联管之间常采用直接搭接的结构,以达到工质连通的目的,从而省去集箱之间专门设置的连接管。这样的连接方式可以降低本体高度,使管架结构紧凑,整体稳定性好,水循环阻力小,值得在国内同类产品中借鉴。但是由于这种结构超出了我国强度计算标准的允许范围,首先需要解决结构的承压强度问题。针对这种非常规的连接结构,通过建立数值模型,进行了强度分析。In the main pipe frame of corner-tube boiler in Europe, the structure of direct overlap between two vertical headers or joint pipes is often used to achieve the purpose of working medium connection, thus eliminating the connection pipes specially set up between headers.This connection method can reduce the height of the main body, make the pipe frame compact, good overall stability and low water circulation resistance, so it is worth learning from similar products in China.However, because this structure is beyond the scope of the strength calculation standard in China, the problem of the compressive strength of the structure needs to be solved first.The paper establishes a numerical model for the unconventional connection structure and conducts strength analysis.
