摘　　要：针对一种额定蒸发量小于25t/h,额定压力达到7.5MPa(次高压)的水煤浆饱和蒸汽锅炉的设计,提出了一种角管式结构的设计思路,避免了常规的立式“π”炉型用于小容量次高压水煤浆锅炉时的结构和制造问题,同时论述了该类型锅炉的炉膛、受热面及水循环系统设计上的技术要点。通过实际运行证明,该角管式锅炉能满足运行性能及制造、安装的要求。Aimed at design of a coal-water slurry saturated steam boiler with rated evaporation less than 25 t/h, rated pressure up to 7.5 MPa (sub-high pressure),a kind of corner tube structure is proposed, to avoids the structural and manufacturing problems of conventional vertical "π" type boiler used in small capacity sub-pressure coal-water-slurry-fired boiler,the technical essentials of the design of the furnace, heating surface and water circulation of this type of boiler are discussed at the same time.The actual operation proves that the corner tube boiler can meet the requirements of operation performance, manufacture and installation.
