摘　　要：分析了甘蔗渣燃料的特性,从燃烧机理、燃烧方式、受热面布置及防磨、防腐等方面重点研讨了甘蔗渣锅炉设计的技术要点及相应措施;介绍了在170t/h甘蔗渣锅炉上得到成功应用的链条炉排+悬浮燃烧、分级送风、大炉膛低烟速等技术。The characteristic and combustion mechanism of bagasse was analyzed deeply, and the technical key points and corresponding measures of bagasse-fired boiler design was discussed from the combustion mechanism combustion mode, heating surface layout, anti-wear and anti-corrosion, also the chain grate + suspension combustion technology, grading air supply, large chamber and low smoke speed technology, which adopted in the design of 170 t/h bagasse-fired boiler, was introduced.
