内河港口物流园区规划的实践与探索——以湖北宜昌三峡翻坝物流产业园为例

摘　　要：随着国家长江经济带的建设,长江沿线内河港口物流园发展迎来了新的机遇,该文以《湖北宜昌三峡翻坝物流产业园控制性详细规划》为实例,从物流园的功能构成、作业流线、陆域纵深、交通流线、竖向设计、景观塑造等多个维度探讨了内河港口物流园规划的思路、手法和策略,为长江沿岸其他地区内河港口物流园规划提供参考。With the construction of the national Yangtze River Economic Belt, the development of the inland river port logistics park along the Yangtze River has ushered in new opportunities. Taking the "Controlled Detailed Planning of the Three Gorges Dam Dump Logistics Industrial Park in Hubei Province" as an example, we explore the ideas, techniques and strategies of the inland river port logistics park planning from the functional composition of the logistics park, the work f low lines, land depth, traffic f low lines, vertical design, landscape modeling a nd other dimensions, so as to provide reference for the planning of the inland river port logistics parks in other areas along the Yangtze River.
