摘 要:利用研制的高真空金属氢化物测试系统,对四极质谱仪(QMS)进行He-含量定量标定,建立标准工作曲线,研究氚钛靶膜的氦释放特性。测试结果表明:短时间接触大气不会对钛膜吸氚性能产生显著影响;测试样品内氦压的升高主要来自样品室管壁吸附的氚衰变产生的He-3,随着储存时间的延长,He-3释放率逐渐降低并趋于稳定,维持在0.2%~0.3%之间,样品室内He-3形成的压力低于10-3Pa量级。制备的氚钛靶膜应用于中子发生器(中子管),在至少535d的储存周期内,氚衰变产生的He-3不会影响中子产额及中子管寿命。The characteristic of helium release from titanium tritide target were investigated in ultra-vacuum metal hydride research system.Titanium films were deposited on a molybdenum substrate using a magnetron sputtering process,He-3 analyses were performed by a Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer(QMS).In addition,the standard working curve of leakage for QMS was established.The results show that tritium absorption performance of Titanium films will not be significantly impacted with short time contact atmosphere.And helium release by QMS analysis show that the pressure rising with age due to the tritium decay which comes from the indoor wall absorption.The helium release rate gradually stabilized with aging time and maintained 0.2%to 0.3%,and the pressure is less than 10-3 Pa level.In conclusion,the helium from titanium tritide decay will not affect the neutron generator service time and neutron yield at least less than 535 days storage.
