摘 要:基于有限元分析软件ANSYS,对医用不锈钢微创血管夹夹持小动脉血管过程进行了有限元仿真分析,研究了斜齿、横齿、凹凸齿、嵌入齿及对称齿等五类不同齿型对所夹持小动脉血管力学性能的影响规律。结果表明,微创血管夹在夹持血管过程中,被夹持血管的等效应力随斜齿倾斜角度的增大而增大,即当倾斜角度为0°时,血管的等效应力最小;对横齿下齿长度为0.2mm、0.3mm、0.4mm这三组数据而言,选取下齿长度为0.2mm时血管等效应力最小;对凹凸齿、嵌入齿及对称齿这三种竖齿而言,选择嵌入齿时,血管的等效应力最小。综合对比分析结果表明,在所分析的五类不同齿型中,嵌入齿的夹持效果最优。Based on the finite element analysis software ANSYS,simulation analysis was carried out on the process of clampping the arterywith minimally invasive vascular clamp made of medical stainless steel.The effects of 5 types of sawteeth, inclined,transverse,concave-convex,embedded and symmetrical,on the mechanical properties of artery were studied.The results show that the equivalent stress of the clamped vessel increases with the increase of the inclined angle of the inclined sawtooth during the clamping process. The equivalent stress of the vessel is the smallest for the inclined angle being 0o . For the 3 different transverse sawtoothlengths of 0.20 mm,0.30 mm and 0.40 mm,the equivalent stress of the vessel is the smallest at 0.20 mm.For 3 kinds of vertical sawteeth,concave-convex, embedded and symmetrical,the equivalent stress of vessel is the smallest when choosing embedded sawtooth.The comprehensive analysis results show that the clamping effect of the embedded sawtooth is the best among the 5 types of sawteeth.
