摘 要:本工作制备了稳定性良好的水性聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯(WPCU),并对其进行了红外表征,分析了不同异氰酸酯指数(R=n(NCO)/n(OH))及二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)用量对WPCU性能的影响。以最佳配方合成的WPCU与水性聚酯型聚氨酯在性能上作对比,研究表明:当异氰酸酯指数为7时,制备的聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯力学性能良好,拉伸强度达12.46MPa,吸水率仅为25.88%;TMP可以增加WPCU的交联度,其用量由0.5%增加到1.5%时,聚氨酯的拉伸强度由4.33MPa增加到7.56MPa,断裂伸长率由307.12%下降到258.53%;相同分子量的情况下,与聚酯型水性聚氨酯(PESTUR)相比较,WPCU力学性能更好,硬度达2H,拉伸强度高6倍以上。Awaterborne polyurethane with great stability was prepared and characterized by FT-IR in this work. This study analyzed the impact of different isocyanate index ( R=n( NCO)/n( OH)),dimethylolpropionic acid ( DMPA) and trimethylolpropane ( TMP) content on the physical properties of WPCU. The study contrasts the performance of the best synthetic WPCU and polyester polyurethanes. The research found that: When the isocyanate index is 7,the prepared polycarbonate polyurethane has good mechanical properties . The tensile strength is up to 12.46 MPa,and the water absorption rate is only 25.88%. Adding TMP can increase the degree of crosslinking of the polyurethane. When the amount of TMP is increased from 0.5% to 1.5%,the tensile strength increases from 4.33 MPa to 7.56 MPa,and the elongation at break decreases from 307.12% to 258.53%. In the case of the same molecular weight,the WPCU has higher mechanical properties ,hardness of 2H,and tensile strength is 6 times higher compared with the polyester type waterborne polyurethane ( PESTUR).
