摘　　要：江西省在推进水利工程标准化管理总结了“六步法”,该方法对标准化管理工作具有很强的指导性及针对性.本文以新干县赣江河道堤防管理局为具体案例,通过理清事项、明确标准、规范程序、科学定岗、建立机制、严格考核等方面,总结探讨工程标准化“六步法”理论在实践过程中的具体应用,对江西省全面推行水利工程标准化工作有很好的借鉴作用.The six steps method which summarized during the implementation process of Jiangxi hydraulic engineering standardized management is guidable and pertinent for standardized management. Taking Xingan reach of Gandong dyke as an object,from aspects of straightening out event,clarifying the criterion,standard procedure,deciding posts scientifically,establish mechanism and strict examination,this paper has summarized and discussed the concrete application of the six steps method in the practical process. It has good use for reference of all-round pursuance of hydraulic engineering standardized management in Jiangxi province.
