晚期肺癌癌性发热经加味青蒿鳖甲汤治疗的疗效探究

摘　　要：目的研究加味青蒿鳖甲汤运用于晚期肺癌癌性发热中的价值。方法选择本院2016年5月~2017年10月纳入的68例晚期肺癌癌性发热患者,按照治疗方式的不同分为两组各34例,研究组采取加味青蒿鳖甲汤,对照组采取传统治疗,对比两组治疗结果。结果研究组总有效率明显高于对照组(P <0.05);治疗前两组白细胞计数相比无显著差异(P> 0.05),治疗后明显降低,且研究组白细胞计数低于对照组(P <0.05);治疗前两组食欲、精神、睡眠及日常生活评分相比差异无显著性(P> 0.05),治疗后各评分提高,且研究组各评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论加味青蒿鳖甲汤运用于晚期肺癌癌性发热中效果明显,有效控制体温,改善白细胞计数,提高生活质量,促进病情稳定。Objective To study the value of Modified Qinghao Biejia Decoction in the treatment of cancerous fever of advanced lung cancer. Methods 68 patients with advanced lung cancer-related fever admitted from May 2016 to October 2017 in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods, 34 cases in each group. The study group was treated with Modified Qinghao Biejia Decoction, while the control group was treated with traditional treatment, and the treatment results of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in white blood cell count between the two groups before treatment (P > 0.05), but it decreased significantly after treatment, and the white blood cell count in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the scores of appetite, spirit, sleep and daily life between the two groups before treatment (P > 0.05). After treatment, the scores of the two groups increased, and the scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Modified Qinghao Biejia Decoction has obvious effect in the treatment of cancer fever of advanced lung cancer. It can effectively control body temperature, improve white blood cell count, improve quality of life and promote the stability of the disease.
