摘　　要：目的探索分析息斯敏治疗50例过敏性紫癜患儿的临床治疗效果。方法随机的选取本院2014年12月~2015年11月之间接受治疗的50例过敏性紫癜患儿,随机地分为观察组和对照组两组,每组25例。对照组采用青紫合剂进行治疗,观察组采用息斯敏进行治疗。将两组的临床治疗效果进行比较,并且评价分析两种治疗方法的优劣情况。结果观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论息斯敏在治疗过敏性紫癜患儿方面,具有良好的临床治疗效果,可以广泛应用于过敏性紫癜患儿的治疗之中。Objective To explore the clinical curative effect analysis of astemizole in treating 50 cases of allergic purpura. Methods 50 cases of allergic purpura were randomLy selected in our hospital from December 2014 to November 2015 and were randomLy divided into observation group and control group , 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with purple mixture for treatment, and the observation group was used Hismanal treatment. The clinical curative effect of the two groups were compared, and the evaluation of the merits of the case of the two treatments was evaluated. Results The total efficiency was higher than that of control group (P < 0.05), and the difference was statistically significant between them. Conclusion astemizole in the treatment of allergic purpura, has good clinical effect, it can be widely used in the treatment of children with anaphylactoid purpura.
