阿奇霉素联合小剂量糖皮质激素治疗儿童大叶性肺炎效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析儿童大叶性肺炎予以阿奇霉素与小剂量糖皮质激素联合治疗的效果。方法选择本院2015年7月~2018年2月诊治的70例大叶性肺炎患儿,随机分成对照组(35例)及研究组(35例)。对照组使用阿奇霉素治疗,研究组给予小剂量糖皮质激素联合阿奇霉素治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果研究组治疗后发热消退时长、咳嗽消退时长、肺部啰音消退时长、阴影消退时长均优于对照组(P <0.05);研究组PCT、CRP、IL-6优于对照组(P <0.05);研究组FEV1、PEF、FVC、FEV1/FVC优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论阿奇霉素结合小剂量糖皮质激素对儿童大叶性肺炎的治疗效果显著,可明显缩短临床症状缓解时长,减轻炎症反应,提升肺功能。Objective To analyze the efficacy and prognosis of combination therapy with azithromycin and low-dose glucocorticoids in children with lobar pneumonia. Methods Seventy children with lobar pneumonia diagnosed in our hospital from July 2015 to February 2018 were randomLy divided into control group(35 cases) and study group(35 cases). The control group was treated with azithromycin. The study group was given Low-dose glucocorticoids combined with azithromycin,then to compare the efficacy of the two groups. Results The length of fever subsided, the length of cough regression, the length of time when the lungs disappeared, and the duration of shadow regression were better in the study group than in the control group(P <0.05). The PCT, CRP, and IL-6 in the study group were superior to the control group(P < 0.05);FEV1, PEF, FVC, FEV1/FVC of the study group were better than those of the control group(P < 0.05) Conclusion Azithromycin combined with low-dose glucocorticoids has significant therapeutic effects on childhood lobar pneumonia, which can signifi-cantly shorten the duration of clinical symptoms, reduce inflammation, and increase lung function.
